The department of Public Affairs and Religious Liberty (PARL) works to uphold and advance religious freedom, with a focus on conscience liberty in particular. The human right to have or adopt the religion of one's choosing, to change one's religious beliefs in accordance with conscience, and to publicly or privately express one's religion through acts of worship, observance, practice, witnessing, and teaching are all included in the concept of religious liberty, provided that one respects the equally important rights of others.

The Adventist Possibility Ministries program inspire, empower, and mobilize those with special needs and the deaf in order to carry out the inclusive and compassionate ministry of Jesus. These opportunities include those related to mental and social growth, physical mobility constraints, blindness, and deafness. It also covers ministering to widows and widowers, cares, and vulnerable children and orphans. Fostering understanding while investigating ministry opportunities for those with unique needs.

The Resource Mobilization Department at CHUO KIKUU Seventh-day Adventist Church is dedicated to strategically gathering and managing resources to support the church's mission and activities. This department plays a crucial role in identifying potential sources of funding, including donations, grants, and sponsorships, and ensuring these resources are effectively utilized for the church's growth and community outreach programs. By fostering strong relationships with church members, local businesses, and external partners, the Resource Mobilization Department aims to create a sustainable financial foundation that empowers the church to carry out its spiritual, social, and humanitarian initiatives. Through careful planning and innovative strategies, this department helps to align financial resources with the church's goals, ensuring that CHUO KIKUU continues to thrive and make a positive impact in the community.

The program covered a wide range of topics related to women's development, including social interaction, spiritual development, and community involvement. Participants took part in thought-provoking talks and workshops covering important subjects like leadership, personal development, spiritual well-being, and community involvement. The calm fellowship area offered the ideal setting for fostering closer bonds, exchanging tales, and encouraging one another on their trips

The Sabbath School, the primary religious education program of the Church, has four purposes: study of the Scripture, fellowship, community outreach, and world mission emphasis. The General Conference Sabbath School and Personal Ministries Department distributes the Sabbath School Bible study guide for all age levels, provides designs for Sabbath School programming within the context of the various world division cultures, provides resources and training systems for Sabbath School teachers, and promotes world mission Sabbath School offerings. “The Sabbath school is an important branch of the missionary work, not only because it gives to young and old a knowledge of God’s Word, but because it awakens in them a love for its sacred truths, and a desire to study them for themselves; above all, it teaches them to regulate their lives by its holy teachings.”—CSW 10, 11. “The Sabbath school, if rightly conducted, is one of God’s great instrumentalities to bring souls to a knowledge of the truth.”—CSW 115

Stewardship ministries encourages members to respond to God’s grace by dedicating all they have to Him. Stewardship responsibility involves more than just money. It includes, but is not limited to, the proper care and use of the body, mind, time, abilities, spiritual gifts, relationships, influence, language, the environment, and material possessions. The department assists members in their partnership with God in completing His mission through the proper utilization of all of His gifts and resources. When the Spirit of God takes possession of the life, “those whose hearts are filled with the love of Christ will follow the example of Him who for our sake became poor, that through His poverty we might be made rich.
