Building and construction department deals with different building projects in the church. Currently the department is overseeing the construction of center of influence and church building at Changanyikeni.

Adventist Muslim Relations is a department that has proved a success and enlighten the remnant church in approach to the Muslim world. This has also helped Chuo Kikuu Church in its mission of preaching the everlasting gospel to every nation, tribe and race in context of the three angels’ messages. Revelation14:6-12

The global mission of the Voice of Prophecy is to proclaim the everlasting gospel of Christ, leading people to accept Jesus as their personal Savior, calling them to unite with His church and nurturing them in preparation for His soon return. In Chuo Kikuu Church this department is proclaiming the message to the visitors and to each and every one that need to learn more about the bible studies.

Publishing ministries coordinates and promotes literature evangelism under supervision of the publishing ministries council and the appropriate publishing organization for the territory. It assists other departments in the promotion, sale, and distribution of subscription magazines and other missionary literature. The department works with the pastor and other departments in planning for systematic ways to involve members in publishing ministries. “There are many places in which the voice of the minister cannot be heard, places which can be reached only by our publications—the books, papers, and tracts filled with the Bible truths that the people need.”—CM 4. The mission of publishing ministries is evangelism and the nurture of church members. Ellen G. White encouraged members to “sell or to give away our literature.”—CM 91.

Personal ministries provides resources and trains members to unite their efforts with those of the pastor and officers in soul-winning service. It also has primary responsibility for programs assisting those in need.

Adventist Men(AMO) —Adventist Men is a subsidiary of the personal ministries department. It includes lay preaching efforts, prison ministry, and Community Services

Adventist Community Services Leader or Dorcas Society Leader(Dorcas) — The church elects the Adventist Community Services leader or Dorcas Society leader, assistant leaders (as needed), and secretary-treasurer of Adventist Community Services, which in some areas is known as the Dorcas Society

The Association of Tanzanian Adventist Professionals and Entrepreneurs (ATAPE) department brings together all professionals and entrepreneurs within the church with an emphasis to mobilize church members to use their God-given professions, skills, talents, and wealth for the improvement of the well-being of their fellow members and the community in which they live and for the advancement of the gospel work.
